SHIPPING POLICY:

1OF1 DELUXE Has a processing time of 3-5 business days for retail items and 10-17 business days for wholesale/ presson nails.

 USPS standard shipping is 1-5 business days domestic and 2-6 weeks international. Once order has been recieved by USPS, this company is no longer reliable for any lost, delayed, damaged or stolen parcels. Please reach out to USPS if you are experiencing any issues.

 REFUND POLICY:

1OF1DELUXE has a STRICT no refund policy. If a mistake is made on behalf of the company, the buyer is subjected to a refund via STORE CREDIT ONLY. Having buyer's remorse or wanting to shop with a different jewelry company is not suitable reason for a refund. We are currently not accepting any exchanges at this time.

 INCORRECT ADDRESS:

If you notice a mistake in your address, please reach out to us within 24 hours of making your purchased. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to your address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, store credit totaling the order will be issued to the buyer minus the shipping fee. Items will then be sanitized and restocked for repurchase.
